The C Street Pop-Up @ Iron Works

The C Street Pop-Up @ Iron Works—our latest project in partnership with OpBox and National Development was open for the summer and fall season in 2022! This sustainably crafted pop-up village welcomed an inclusive, diverse and local mix of experiential retail, food and drink operators.

The Wild One offered a floral-filled setting to the mix, along with a robust beverage menu, alongside with a top-notch mix of six additional retailers who offered everything from handcrafted jewelry to original art. Outdoor games such as corn hole and a variety of seating areas complemented the retail experience and provided a range of activities for families, neighbors, and visitors alike.

Helping to create the community-driven atmosphere was the unique construction of the pop-up village. Every brand had their own sustainable OpBox. Based in Maine, OpBox has made a name for itself as the leader in sustainable mobile construction. These mobile retail spaces were custom-designed for the C Street project. Sustainability is at the heart of OpBox’s ethos and the C Street Pop-Up brought this ethos to life in a dynamic and community-driven atmosphere!
