UpNext is thrilled to partner with Canal District Kendall on their third annual Winter Market, December 3-4, 2022.
Last year’s Winter Market drew a steady stream of shoppers throughout the weekend and we will be curating a mix of brands to surprise and delight the Cambridge community for the 2022 market. Through this application process, 20 brands will be invited to participate. Each selected brand will receive a complimentary 10x10 space within a heated tent, complete with table, chairs and linens. Enjoy extra perks like free parking and daily lunch vouchers as part of this one-of-a-kind event.
About the Winter Market:
Embrace the winter season on December 3rd and 4th at a boutique market featuring local brands, artists and artisanal food makers at Canal District Kendall. Open each day from 11am-4pm, Winter Market attendees will enjoy live music while sipping on a beverage from NightShift Brewing’s Owl’s Nest beer garden, participating in crafts for all ages guided by Albertine Press, and seasonal delights including a festival of holiday trees and ice sculptures. Skate@Canal District Kendall, the ice skating rink, will also open for the season on December 3rd (weather permitting), drawing hundreds of locals to this popular annual CDK tradition.
Ideal Categories Include: local brands, independent retailers, artists/makers, galleries, gourmet packaged food and drink purveyors, and other unique cultural or bespoke experiences.
Please note: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis with final deadline of Tuesday, October 4th. Brands may hear before the application deadline that they have been accepted.

Winter market highlights
>> The Winter Market will be housed in a heated tent. Each brand will be given a 10x10 area and provided with a table, white linen, 2 chairs and, upon request, an electrical source.
>> Set-up begins at 8:30am each day.
>> One complimentary parking space will be provided for each brand per day.
>> One lunch voucher will be provided for each brand per day.
>> Please note: Brands must be able to staff their area for both days and stay for the entirety of the market’s open hours.
