THE FULL SCOOP
Flexetail units are 8.5′ wide x 11.5′ tall x 22′ long and can typically fit within a single parking spot. Each model is well-equipped for a turnkey experience, providing 142 square feet of thoughtfully designed space to accommodate brands of all types. Select units can be run on solar power for an “off the grid” setup as needed.
Flexetail units, while small format, can be easily split between two brands interested in sharing synergies and costs.
UpNext has worked to cultivate activations all around Greater Boston and beyond. Select locations are accessible for ongoing pop-ups, while others require additional research or vetting provided by the brand, or through a custom engagement with UpNext.
THE RATES
Daily Rental: $400 + tax and delivery
60+ Day Rental: please inquire for reduced long-term pricing
Please note: Delivery within 25 miles of Boston is $100 per round trip ($50 each way).
Rates do not include permitting fees and/or site fees charged by the landlord.
Additional mileage outside the 25 mile radius is billed at a rate of $4 per mile.
