Throughout the Winterlights celebration, this beautiful garden property will sparkle with thousands of shimmering, artfully designed holiday lights. This magical, fun, and safe outdoor experience offers food, refreshments, and more and hosts ~20,000 visitors annually.
This Flexetail unit is well-equipped for a turnkey experience, providing two separate spaces within one Flexetail unit and is thoughtfully designed to accommodate brands of all types.

UpNext is partnering with Flexetail and The Trustees’ Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens to create a mini market experience as part of their Winterlights seasonal celebration.
Dates: Nov 25 - Jan 7, 2022 | Wednesdays to Sunday | 5PM-8:30PM | Closed Dec. 24-25th
*The Winterlights will be open Dec. 31st and Jan 1st.
Brand must commit to the entire timeframe of approx. 30 days, at a rate of $3,600-$4,200 for the full season
(Daily rate breakdown is $120-$140/day.)
Move-in and move-out timing must be coordinated within the Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens specific parameters to accommodate pedestrian traffic flow.
the rates
One side of the Flexetail Unit: $140 for 75 square ft. side and $120 for 55 square ft. side (only charged 0n days the Winterlights are open)
Pricing is inclusive of Flexetail rental, delivery, select fixtures, location permitting and facilitation fees.
Additional cost considerations include custom signage/branding (optional but highly encouraged), individual POS with wi-fi/hotspot, staffing, marketing, and brand-specific merchandising accessories.
About the gardens
Enter the world of a former farm that became an early-20th-century estate, where a newly expanded array of bountiful gardens and plantings complements a gracious and refined home. Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens was the summer home of Helen Stevens Coolidge and her husband, John Gardner Coolidge—a diplomat descended from Thomas Jefferson and a nephew to Isabella Stewart Gardner—from 1914 to 1962.
