As the exclusive U.S. distributor of Morel et Le Chantou, she imports their French salts, from Guérande, Brittany, utilizing traditional salt farming methods. Salt is hand-harvested during the season from June to September. Their innovative operations serve to preserve the local ecosystem of the Més Basin.
