Situated in Newton Centre, one of the area’s most affluent suburban markets, you’ll be just seven miles west of Boston, and in good company among a vibrant community of bakeries, restaurants and independent retailers.

THE FULL SCOOP
The Green Lady's retail store underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation in 2023. It now boasts a contemporary yet welcoming and homey aesthetic. The exterior is newly paved and landscaped, enhancing curb appeal. The registration room features three digital monitors where pop-up brands can display graphics (1080 x 1920 px) to promote upcoming events in-store.
Both indoor and outdoor opportunities are available. The indoor space, located within the registration room, offers approximately 140 square feet of open floor area, allowing customers to see your brand as soon as they walk in. The parking lot accommodates food trucks and pop-ups requiring additional space.
An outdoor tent, folding tables, chairs and electricity are available for use.
**Please note that pop-ups for children or those targeted toward individuals under the age of 21 cannot be hosted**

The Green Lady is situated right in Newton Centre, within walking distance of public parking and an array of shops and restaurants. It is less than a five-minute drive to Boston College and is conveniently located near the T stop, making it easily accessible by subway.
