THe essentials
UpNext has been curating pop-ups and collaborations IRL for years, and we have recently added virtual pop-up experiences to our offerings (it's a similar process, but lacks the high fives and hugs we so appreciate). Consumers are looking for fresh ways to embrace time spent at home balanced with socially distanced activities. The idea is to unify a collective of high-quality, design-forward brands under one umbrella theme, with inspiring influencers as host! Our objectives for the hosts and brands are multi-pronged: we want this to be something that adds value to your channels and followers, helps small businesses, and lifts up and fosters community and collaboration well beyond the pop-up.

the amenities
For our virtual pop-ups, UpNext will serve as the curator, communications and logistics arm of the experience and we will onboard all brands (likely 8-12 total) and set everyone's expectations around how the collaborative approach fuels everyone's success.
> As we onboard brands, each participating brand will ship you a selection of their products directly. We will connect you with the brands so you can communicate with them directly about size preferences, favorite styles, etc.
> An UpNext digital media kit will be provided, including: Social media story templates, graphics, and highlight reels, suggested newsletter and social content and copy
> UpNext, along with participating brands, will promote your content and the pop-up through their respective channels to amplify reach.

UpNext is pioneering virtual pop-up formats in addition to brick and mortar matchmaking and looking for innovative brand partners to elevate each experience. Digital activations are hosted by established influencers to create content and buzz using product samples provided by all participating brands, in addition to a gallery of professional product shots for everyone’s use.
Key SCHEDULE and details to keep in mind
Virtual pop-ups span 10 days per activation, with pre-promotion to begin a minimum of one week prior.*
*Please Note: Launch and end dates are subject to change slightly, with dates to be finalized no less than three weeks prior to launch.
Each host commits to:
Communicate with brands in a timely fashion regarding in-kind product and shipment information.
Feature each brand you receive throughout the 10-day activation. You can photograph/film each product together and/or separately, sharing what you love about them and how they relate to your own life, or how you envision they add value to others.
Submit a tentative schedule of original content for the 10-day activation that includes a minimum of:
One+ teaser post and/or one story before the week before pop-up launches (possibly featuring a multi-brand giveaway, faciliated by UpNext)
One+ post and story announcing the start of the pop-up
A minimum of 2 original posts and 2 stories with 3 or more slides each throughout the pop-up period featuring your personal thoughts on the each partner brand
A post and/or story announcing the last day to shop
If you have a blog, we highly encourage a blog post about the products. We have found the brands will promote these blogs and help drive traffic.
Be available to communicate in a timely manner with UpNext throughout the 10-day activation period.
