This magical, fun, and safe outdoor experience offers food, refreshments, and more and hosts ~30,000 visitors annually.
This Flexetail unit is well-equipped for a turnkey experience, within a 120 square ft unit and is thoughtfully designed to accommodate brands of all types.

UpNext is partnering with Flexetail and The Trustees’ Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate to create a mini market experience as part of their Winterlights seasonal celebration..
Dates: Nov 25 - Jan 7, 2022 | Wednesdays to Sunday | 4:30PM-8:30PM | Closed Dec. 24-25th
*The Winterlights will be open Dec. 31st and Jan 1st.
Brand must commit to the entire timeframe of approx. 30 days ($6,000 for the full season)
(Daily rate breakdown is $200/day.)
Move-in and move-out timing must be coordinated within the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate specific parameters to accommodate pedestrian traffic flow.

Unit cost: $200 per day (only charged 0n days the Winterlights are open)
Pricing is inclusive of Flexetail rental, delivery, select fixtures, location permitting and facilitation fees.
Additional cost considerations include custom signage/branding (optional but highly encouraged), individual POS with wi-fi/hotspot, staffing, marketing, and brand-specific merchandising accessories.
About the ESTATE
Turning off of Route 128 and arriving at this 90-acre country retreat means stepping from one world to another, and for good reason. In 1902, Dr. Arthur Tracy Cabot retained noted architect Charles Platt to design the home, a majestic destination with elegant gardens, carriage rides, and all the amenities of turn-of-the-20th-century living in the Neponset River Valley. Cabot’s niece, Eleanor Cabot Bradley, and her husband, Ralph Bradley, later acquired the estate, preserving the genteel traditions of the property while adding ponds, a sunken camellia garden, and an art studio alongside the formal gardens.
