UpNext partners with Flexetail and the Rose Kennedy Greenway to create mini market experiences that coincide perfectly with holiday peaks. This opportunity is back by popular demand for 2020 and capacity is limited.
Flexetail units, while small format, can be easily shared between two brands interested in sharing synergies and costs - please select the standalone or shared space option when submitting the form below.
Required dates and hours of are Thursday, May 7th and Friday, May 8th from 11am-7pm daily.
Move-in and move-out timing must be coordinated within the Greenway’s specific parameters to accommodate pedestrian traffic flow and food trucks.

Standalone Two-Day Rental: $1300 ($650 per day) - Subject to Availability
Shared Two-Day Daily Rental $650 ($325 per brand per day) - Subject to Availability
Please note: This activation requires a two-day minimum.
Pricing is inclusive of Flexetail rental, delivery, select fixtures, location permitting and facilitation fees.
Additional cost considerations include custom signage/branding (optional but highly encouraged), individual POS with wi-fi/hotspot, staffing, marketing, and brand-specific merchandising accessories.

Dewey Square Park on the Rose Kennedy Greenway is a super-busy thoroughfare in the heart of Boston’s Financial District. Situated right next to South Station, this area sees robust foot traffic throughout the day with peaks during lunchtime and the evening commute. It is a nicely paved area used for food trucks and festivals throughout the year.
