THE FULL SCOOP

UpNext partners with Flexetail and the Rose Kennedy Greenway to create mini market experiences that coincide perfectly with holiday peaks. This opportunity is back by popular demand for 2024 into 2025 and capacity is limited.

Flexetail units, while small format, can be easily split between two brands interested in sharing synergies, staffing and expenses - please select the standalone or shared space option when submitting the form below. Brands looking to share space must submit an application together.

Apply for one or more of the activation dates listed below. Brands must pop up for the entirety of the activation period, for all required hours of operation (hours to be finalized).

Move-in and move-out timing must be coordinated within the Greenway’s specific parameters to accommodate pedestrian traffic flow and food trucks.

Standalone (Full Unit) Daily Rental Rate
$500 per active day
Shared (Split Unit) Daily Rental Rate
$250 per brand per active day

Please note: Holiday 2024 and Valentine’s Day 2025 require a four-day minimum activation; International Women’s Day 2025 is a three-day commitment.

Pricing is inclusive of Flexetail rental, select fixtures, location access and facilitation fees. Additional cost considerations include a Greenway Application Fee ($100 or less), Flexetail unit delivery fee, permitting (if required), custom signage/branding (optional but highly encouraged), individual POS with wi-fi/hotspot, staffing, marketing + brand-specific merchandising accessories.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Dewey Square Park on the Rose Kennedy Greenway is a bustling thoroughfare in the heart of Boston’s Financial District. Situated right next to South Station, this area typically sees robust foot traffic throughout the day with peaks during lunchtime and the evening commute. It is a nicely paved area used for food trucks and festivals throughout the year.
