UpNext partners with Flexetail and the Rose Kennedy Greenway to create mini market experiences that coincide perfectly with holiday peaks. This opportunity is back by popular demand for 2024 and capacity is limited.

Flexetail units, while small format, can be easily shared between two brands interested in sharing synergies and costs - please select the standalone or shared space option when submitting the form below.

Brands are required to pop up for all three consecutive dates — Monday, February 12th, Tuesday, February 13th and Wednesday, February 14th. Daily hours of operation are also set but are yet to be confirmed.

Move-in and move-out timing must be coordinated within the Greenway’s specific parameters to accommodate pedestrian traffic flow and food trucks.

Standalone Three-Day Rental: $1,500 ($500 per day) + $100 Upfront Greenway Application Fee // Subject to Availability
Shared Three-Day Rental: $1,500 ($250 per day per brand) + $100 Per Brand Greenway Application Fee // Subject to Availability

Please note: This activation requires a three-day minimum.
Pricing is inclusive of Flexetail rental, select fixtures, location access and facilitation fees.

Additional cost considerations include $200 round-trip Flexetail unit delivery fee, permitting (if required), custom signage/branding (optional but highly encouraged), individual POS with wi-fi/hotspot, staffing, marketing and brand-specific merchandising accessories.

Dewey Square Park on the Rose Kennedy Greenway is a bustling thoroughfare in the heart of Boston’s Financial District. Situated right next to South Station, this area typically sees robust foot traffic throughout the day with peaks during lunchtime and the evening commute. It is a nicely paved area used for food trucks and festivals throughout the year.
